Refunds and Return Policy

At Gilnob Gadgets, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items on sale or marked “final sale”

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items with visible physical or liquid damage

  • Personalized or custom-order items


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at returns@gilnob.com or contact us through your account on www.gilnob.com.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. We will review your request and send return instructions if eligible.

Please do not send back products without prior authorization.


3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Gilnob Gadgets is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


4. Inspection and Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 2 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or denial may apply.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us immediately at support@gilnob.com.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
